Educator

Nicole has been working in education preK - college for 19+ years. She has taught at private and public institutions in Vermont, New Hampshire, California, Thailand, and Taiwan. Since 2013 she has worked in teacher preparation programs at the Academy of Art University, California State University East Bay, and Reach University. Nicole deeply enjoys collaborating with preservice and inservice teachers to help them strategize and plan for student success.

With a range of experiences in curriculum development, assessment, planning for equitable outcomes, classroom management, and reflective pedagogy, Nicole is committed to supporting the work of educators in her community (the San Francisco Bay Area). As a current PhD candidate in Curriculum and Instruction (degree completion expected 2024), she looks forward to many more years of creating opportunities for students to be challenged, explore, and excel.
